Dark Chocolate Chip Oat Bars
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 2 tablespoons milled flaxseed
- 1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- Cooking spray
Whisk egg with yogurt and brown sugar. Blend in oats and flaxseed. Add chocolate chips. Spread mixture in an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into 12 bars.
Each bar contains about 104 calories, 3 grams protein, 3 grams fat, 18 milligrams cholesterol, 17 grams carbohydrate, 1 gram fiber and 12 milligrams sodium.
